Holiday Care Program

Bookings for the July school holiday program are still open and will close on

Wednesday 1st July

At this stage, due to COVID19 restrictions, we have not yet planned any excursions. This is subject to change and parents will be notified as soon as possible of any changes. If we are unable to go on any excursions we will have activities planned at the centre and parents will be notified of these and permission gained where necessary.


The School Holiday Program operates from Montagu Bay Primary School and Lindisfarne Primary School.

The Enrolment Form 2020  needs to be completed by all children who do not have a current enrolment with our service.

If your child/ren have a medical condition or allergy  the following forms will need to be completed before care can be confirmed.

Our service is sponsored by Clarence City Council and operates from schools within the community. Care is available for children (aged 4 to 12 years) each school holidays except for Public Holidays and for a short period at Christmas. The Program operates from Lindisfarne Primary School and Montagu Bay Primary School during the hours of 8.00 am – 6.00 pm weekdays.

Our program

Clarence Holiday Care Program is committed to providing high quality and affordable child care. While at our Centres, children are encouraged to participate in supervised activities that are safe and fun. Each child is respected as a unique person with his or her own needs, experiences, abilities and interests. We foster children’s needs by offering and planning for a safe, stimulating, happy and caring environment. We value parent input and feedback into our programs. The program offers a wide range of activities including excursions, bowling, cooking, guest visitors, arts and crafts, indoor/outdoor activities.

Our team

Our Educators are responsive, caring and able to listen to your child’s concerns and needs, while guiding their behaviour. Our staff are people who enjoy caring for children. All staff attend training courses on a regular basis to update their skills.
